Please note: The delivery time of the order is Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays). Orders on Saturdays and Sundays will be processed on Monday morning. We will declare the value of the purchased goods according to the invoice.

RIDEZI is not responsible for lost or stolen packages: If your package is damaged after receiving the order, you must contact our customer service team within 24 hours after receiving the order.
